We are happy to inform you that the ‘Literary and Dramatic Club’ held an introductory session on The Art of Emceeing (Anchoring) on 09th September 2019 (Monday) at 03.50pm. The organisers of the club invited three faculty members namely: Mr Santosh, Department of Civil Engineering, Ms Sufiya Khanam and Ms Zaheera, Department of EEE to share their experiences of anchoring various programmes on campus. They also, shared their views on the features of emceeing and motivated the members to take part in organising different events on the campus to gain confidence. In addition to their addresses, a few seniors students: Ms. Veda, Ms. Khateeja and Mr. Koushik who emceed various programmes conducted on campus, described their experiences and encouraged the juniors to take every opportunity provided to them to become successful anchors. The participants of the programme were as many as 110 and the department is pleased with the high level of participation
